Hi there, for a person who has considerable experience in the premium denim industry – I suggest you do some research on denim fabrication before commenting. I’m sorry to burst your bubble, but there is such thing as four way stretch denim and Serfontaine was one of the first denim lines to employ four way stretch technology innovation into their fabrics. Serfontaine pioneered the T400 stretch, the next generation of lycra which has 10-15 times the recovery of standard lycra. Serfontaine’s four way stretch denim is infused with T400 fibres that ensure your jeans don’t bag out. A few years after it came out, the company that invented lycra and T400 came to use bi-stretch and the superior Serfontaine X-Fit jean was created. All jeans stretch one way, from side to side, but they have now put the weft into the lengthways movement of the fabric, creating a four way stretch, so when the body bends the jeans have vertical movement. This revolutionary X-Fit fabric features 360 degree flexibility making for the most comfortable and amazing fitting jean ever. I know I have won the lottery with my Serfontaine jeans, they are like no other!

As a person with considerable experience in the industry - specifically in premium denim, I would do some research on fabrics before reporting. There is no such thing as 4-way stretch. It would be the same thing as counting your money on both sides of the bills. If the fabric goes up and down, that's considered 1-way. Fabric is gauged on stretching up & down (1 way), and left to right (1 way)... therefore, we come up with "2-way stretch". In a perfect world we could count our money on both sides, and claim revolutionary fabric technology. That would be really cool. Perhaps I could win the lottery every day too.
