Gwen Stefani and Rihanna were the very first two celebrities snapped wearing the new J Brand Houlihan skinny cargo pant. These are going to be huge! Gwen wears her Houli’s a little relaxed and casual in the park, while Rihanna goes a little bit getto-glam…nothing new there! The best thing about the latest J Brand super-style?
